Our Direction

Our strategic direction centers on the evolution of who we are as a business and the impact that we can make on our employees, customers, communities, countries, and the global environment as a whole. The framework of our corporate and social responsibility is to support the United Nations global compact on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. We have joined forces with leading organizations that are aligned with these principles and are currently working towards becoming an accredited B Corporation.

Charity and Community Support

Our employee-run CSR committee is a community outreach program specifically focused on contributing to a healthier environment, and the social well-being of our communities, customers, and employees. ReachOut provides support to charities and organizations across the world, and strives to give back to the places where our clients and employees live, work, and play – both locally, and globally.

Legal: The successful business operation and reputation of ATTG is built upon the principles of fair dealing and ethical conduct of our employees. Our reputation for integrity and excellence requires careful observance of the spirit and letter of all applicable laws and regulations, as well as a scrupulous regard for the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity.
 
Data Security: SAFE (Safety Awareness is for Everyone) an evolving security awareness program dedicated to providing our employees with the resources and knowledge necessary in order to raise the level of security awareness, understanding and compliance.
 
Human Rights: We support and respect international human rights and adhere to all labor laws. ATTG took a step further in our commitment to Human Rights by becoming a member and implementing the requirements of The Code, a multi-stakeholder ECPAT initiative with the mission to provide awareness, tools and support to the tourism industry to prevent the sexual exploitation of children.
